BILL PAYMENT & PRESENTMENT HINTS AND TIPS

- Register for BP&P by signing on to Online Banking at www.PSBsd.com, click on “Bill Payment” (upper left corner), next to “Account Access”.
- Bill Payment registration may take up to 3 days. E-mail’s are sent to inform you of the registration process.
- Select one funding account at registration time. Called the “primary” account.
- Any monthly fees or transaction costs are debited from the “primary” funding account.
- Fees are debited between the 5th and 10th of the month for the previous month.
- Additional funding accounts can be added with a request to Peoples State Bank. Use the secure e-mail from Online Banking if you wish.
- Payments are processed at 9:00 PM Central each evening.
- A payment can be cancelled the same day, if you cancel before 9:00 PM CST.
- Bill Payment and Presentment has no additional usernames or passwords. BP&P is “within” Online Banking.
- Regularly occurring bills can be set up to be paid on schedule.
- Security concerns? – Always look for the “padlock” on the status bar (bottom right side).
- Please use the “Sign Off” link near the upper right-hand corner to properly close your Online Banking/BP&P session.
- We recommend that you install and update anti-virus software to help protect your computer.
- To protect yourself, it is important to install and update anti-Spyware software.
- Firewalls and anti-spam software also help keep your computer secure.
